Welcome to Collectathon. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Collectathon mobile application, the collectathon.app website, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Collectathon. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up to date.

3. Trading and exchanges

Collectathon helps collectors connect and arrange sticker exchanges. Trades are agreed and carried out directly between users. Collectathon provides the platform but is not a party to any exchange and does not guarantee the conduct of other users, the condition of any item, or that a trade will be completed.

Treat other collectors with respect and trade in good faith.
You are responsible for verifying items and meeting safely when trades happen in person.
Collectathon may not be used to sell, exchange, or distribute illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate other users.
Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Use automated systems to scrape or abuse the Service.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as photos and messages). You grant Collectathon a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Intellectual property

Collectathon, its logo, and the Service are protected by intellectual property laws. Album names, team names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Collectathon does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collectathon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any trade arranged through it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
