Child Safety Standards

At Mabintech Kft., the safety and well-being of all users is our highest priority. Collectathon is designed exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that exploits or endangers minors.

Zero-tolerance policy: any user found sharing, distributing, or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation will be immediately and permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.

1. Age requirement

Collectathon is strictly for users aged 18 and older. By creating an account, users confirm they meet this age requirement. We use third-party identity providers (Google, Apple, Facebook) as part of the sign-in process, which apply their own terms of service and age restrictions.

2. Prohibited content and behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on Collectathon:

Any content depicting, distributing, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other form of child exploitation.
Attempting to contact, groom, or communicate with minors in any inappropriate manner.
Sharing personal information about minors without parental consent.
Using the platform to facilitate offline contact with minors for harmful purposes.

Violation of these rules results in immediate permanent suspension of the account and reporting to law enforcement.

3. Our safety measures

We proactively moderate the platform, review reports promptly, and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation involving illegal content or the safety of minors.

In-app reporting: Every user profile and every chat conversation includes a "Report" option. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team as a priority.
Account removal: Users who violate our child safety policy are permanently banned and, where legally required, reported to national authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent body.
Proactive moderation: We apply internal moderation practices to identify and remove prohibited content before it reaches other users.
Legal compliance: We comply with all applicable child safety laws including, but not limited to, the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and GDPR as applied to minors.

4. How to report a child safety concern

If you encounter any content or behaviour that threatens child safety or violates these standards, please report it immediately using one of the methods below.

In-app report

Open the user's profile or any message and tap the "Report" button. Select the reason that applies and submit — our team will review it as a priority.

Email report

For urgent child safety concerns, contact us directly. We treat these reports as the highest priority and investigate immediately.
